Nomadic News: February 8, 2015

Greetings from Penang. I seem to end up here once a year, which is a not a bad thing at all. My excuse this time is that I had a week between flights from Saigon to Kl and KL to Colombo. I’m spending a week here to basically work and eat before going into travel mode in Sri Lanka.

Digital Nomad Documentaries

The Wireless Generation – Drew & Christine Gilbert have finally released their digital nomad documentary, which Drew is currently doing a screening tour in the US. I met them in Chiang Mai in 2010 while they were filming it, so I look forward to seeing it.

I was in Penang this time last year and since that time a whole crop of cafes have opened up. Wheeler’s Coffee in Love Lane is one of those, and I will be adding it to the Penang cafes list.
